This was my 4th stay at Ginger Kochi Kalamassery in the past year. The best part was that they upgraded my booking to an Executive Suite, which was extremely comfortable. I stayed there for 3 nights. As always, the buffet breakfast and dinner were very good. The rooms and restaurant were exceptionally neat and clean. The location is very convenient, just next to the metro station. It offers great value for money, even without the upgrade; with the upgrade, it feels like overvaluation. Thanks to the Ginger Kochi team.

the hotel is good but the reception team is not good as per hotel standards. requested king bed but not allotted even rooms empty. never feel to ask any request from the front desk. just pay our money and happy with what they have...
