This is my second stay at Ginger .....while the overall stay was peaceful....cleanliness was compromised . room was clean but bedsheets and pillowcases were not changed ....they were smelling of sweat and perfume probably of the previous guests ....this is totally not acceptable....a brand like ginger needs to provide a fresh bedsheet and pillow covers atleast .... also no soap was provided ...luckily I was carrying extra soap so could make do. breakfast was tasteless .

I had mixed experiences. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the room's interior didn't quite match the tariff I paid. I had booked a room for a couple's stay, but was given a room with two single beds instead. The mattress was overly soft, which left me with back pain by morning. Although the room was spacious, the window AC struggled to cool the space, even at 16 degrees. These issues detracted from my overall experience."

The location of the hotel is convenient to travel, clean property, good food/ fairly priced and hospitable and friendly staff. The room allotted was gloomy and looked old. Amenities(dental kit, towel) inside the toilet were not that great and should have been placed in advance rather than guests calling for it. I would rate the property 3.5 but no option. Overall, it's good for families and business travellers.

I have book the room including Break fast thanks you have given Dinner also in package i have book the room in Go Ibibo requesting you give us corporate rate, many of my colleague are travelling frequently in Mumbai they are staying Santacruz if you can give us better rate they will also stay, we have connected with Beauty Kumari but she offer the rate quite higher side.

Ac was not working properly. No AC cooling. Towel provided was only 1 and that too was not clean. Amenities are very less as compared to the rate of the room. Parking is also not proper. Toilet pipes were rusted and furniture was old. No cups were kept for tea. Overall it was not a satisfactory stay experience.

Hotel is very bed, dont have parking space, no towel, if you required you have to inform them which they deliver next day morning. Staff is very rude. Is it Ginger hotel, its big question. Whatever you ask its not there. Its guest house not hotel

Worst rooms for the price that they charge. untidy corridors without any AC. Room was also pathetic condition, even telephone was not working. complete hotel looks to be under renovation. Never book this hotel

Fans we dirty, making noise. Bathroom was stinking. Staircase area needs cleanliness. Door chain was broken. Hence only focus to maintain is required Food was good. Staff was cooperative.

The room is too small and not up to mark as per room price and tag of IHCL by tata even Oyo rooms is better then the ginger. I will never stay in ginger at this price point

the hotel building looks old.. we can see the paints on the walls peeling of.. toilets are not clean. old styled ac installed. toilet paper rolls or not replaced. Got it

There's a big pillar in room, feels like an obstacle. Telephone wasnt working, neither there was hot water. No dental kits were provided. Bad experience
