stayed during October in non AC room pros: 1. 30secs-1min walk from Alleppey Beach 2. Hotel Staff are cooperative and friendly 3.Close to railway station and only 2-3 kms from shikara boating point 4.Room is clean and well-ventilated(has many windows) and bathroom is clean too. 5.Budget -Friendly Cons: 1.They do not serve you water. you have to fill it yourself from their house filter 2.Far from restaurant and homestay does not provide food 3. The homestay is actually a part of an organisation consisting of 3 homestay run by 3 brothers.So they may transfer you from your desired homestay to another homestay run by another brother.

Its a normal budget stay and near to beach. Very small room. No meals in the stay. You cannot bring ur shoes or slippers inside their compound and have to leave it outside their entrance. Guys my suggestion is to spend more 500 ₹ and get some other descent stay, specially if u r couple. For guys its ok. The female incharge of the stay is always after making some extra bucks. Specially she would try to arrange for boating and auto, therefore her behaviour i personally did not like. Please go to the place and arrange by ur self, like that u can save some money. I will not recommend this stay to my friends.

The experience of my stay in Golden Beach Homestay was excellent. the rooms were neat and tidy. the owner and family were so kind and presented their best approach for providing the stay. will recommend the stay to all the kind of travellers including family and Couples. The Food was also so delicious and I would recommend everybody to utilise the same facility as there aren't much restaurants nearby and you could find the best appetite. overall my experience was so good and would suggest everyone visiting Allapuzha to take this opportunity.

I need to give actually 10 Stars but here only 5 . The rooms are very good and clean . Price is also very good .The owner is so nice and he helps a lot . Chechi's food is too good . Please order food with them . Even they charge you very less than the other hotels. As we are travelers , we got this stay within our budget and we are very happy . I would go and stay again & again in this home stay , especially for the food and the budget.

The location is near sea beach. owners are warm and friendly. Helped us in time of need. Served us with home cooked lunch at reasonable rates. overall delightful experience. suggestions:- Room windows should have mosquito nets.

This is actually a good homestay and is situated near to the beach. The room is small but neat and clean. The host of the house are very nice helpful and very polite. I recommend to stay there and goibibo have done a better job.

Couple friendly neat and hygienic rooms bed is good owner is very friendly recommended for stay. beach is very near. value for money. owner is very friendly and trested as well. we felt staying in close friend home.

The hotel room is near the beach but not like beach views. It is suitable for families and budget friendly. upstairs only can stay . The room is small for 2 or 3 persons.

I was told that Breakfast will be free but they were charging for it.....It is pretty much far from the road where you can get some Auto/taxi etc.
