1. Reaching there and Front Lounge.We experienced a hassle free early check in, without a prior notice. Very much welcoming staff with ever smiling faces. Big space for parking.2. Rooms, accessibility and services Clean, spacious and star category rooms with well lights, fast wifi service, fully equipped washroom with all modern facilities and toiletries.The young guy Aditya is always appeared on the door whenever you call for a service. Fully operative intercom service to reception lounge and restaurant. Geysers are operating 24 hours in boarder's control. An elevator is always working from ground floor to 3rd floor. If you book the rooms with balcony, the view is awesome.3. The Restaurant A wonderful restaurant with beautiful decorations serves delicious foods against very reasonable price. We tried various dishes, and each item excels in taste and quantity. Even, the roaming tourists come to this place to have lunch and snacks. 4. The LocationThe Buddhist temple, the Cross viewpoint, the Singha bahini temple, the Dalapchan monastery & the Hanuman temple are on a few steps walking distances. Even elder people also can cover those points by a leisure walk. Only for Delo park and Science Museum one has to drive a car for 7 minutes. A calm and quite location surrounded by smoky hills. One can have a evening walk to delo fatak (25 meters) to have some local food and momos in two small roadside restaurants. Summing all, its a pristine location for nature lovers.I went there on 14th April, 2021 with my 62 years old Mom, my wife and with my 7 years old daughter and fully enjoyed our two night stay in Golden Kuensel Resort & Spa. I thank the resort and Goibibo for a nice vacation.

It was a superb stay in one word. Starting from entering into the resort till we left this place, we received very warm welcome. Room was just awesome with the best scenic beauty from the balcony. It was a too big room with all the modern amenities. The room and toilets are clean and crystal clear... I have spent quite a significant time in the balcony to feel the entire valley from the top of the city. The property is located just near the Delo Park main gate. All the staffs are well behaved. Food Quantity and quality both are awesome. I should recommend this property to everyone who is finding a hassle free comfortable stay with their friends and family. I wish to be there again. Thanks for all those good memories. I am having a 3 years baby and I got everything what I need. The property is at proper location. It is having a hangout Zone, play zone. Spent a good time with my family.

Extremely well mannered front desk staff who looks after all your needs very carefully. Worth mentioning Roshini. Always with a smile and willing to help. Situated away from the hustle of the market area we got a fabulous view of cloud capped hills from our balcony in the Morning. The food is good and the Restaurant staff are also very polite and active. We had taken room service as well as restaurant one. Both were very satisfactory. The Deluxe room was huge and well equipped along with a balcony view.Although mobile network was weak, hotel Wifi was very satisfactory. Car parking facility is also available inside the property. Overall very good stay and happy to be there. Good Food, Relaxing Stay, well behaved staff and amazing views.

firstly whats come to mind was the manager Roshni was simply grt and have helped us in every aspect of his game. grateful to u for ur sincear essence to ur guest. seriously, don't have words to explain the experience, still it was most amazing saty's of my touring life. concentrating on hotel, rooms are spacious with neat and clean washrooms, ambience was just perfect, location was easily reachable and was prime in every aspect. you can count on every thing of a hotel bieng at it's brilliance.
