PROS:1. The resort is very near and walkable to Vainguinim Beach. Also, pretty close to Dona Paula2. Room and washroom were clean3. Swimming pool was clean. They have a kids pool as well.4. The hospitality was great. Every staff member is polite and helpful. Ms. Tamil Selvi is a fantastic and very caring lady who used to come and check if guests especially kids are having proper breakfast. 5. The resort has a big park kind of free area with good greenery, good for capturing photos. 6. Some indoor games are available to engage kids.7. Wi-fi connection is satisfactory. Enough for uploading photos and videos from laptop. CONS:1. The resort is an old property recently purchased on lease by the current owner. The outdoor and indoor look old. They need renovation, or at least complete painting.2. Breakfast had many options, but the taste was poor. They must check the food's taste and improve. Should think about keeping less options but serve tasty and quality food3. They call it a Resort, but the TV in the room is an old CRT one without any channels. At times TV is needed to keep kids engaged with some YouTube cartoon videos.Overall I recommend the resort if you are a family member with kids and visiting for less no. of days who wants to spend time on a beach which is easily accessible by walk. By the way, there are many other stay options you have near to Vainguinim Beach with better quality.

Worst decision to book this hotel. We booked this for only one day. Their breakfast lacks variety and taste. Breakfast included only Bread butter, tea,coffee, poha, puri aalo, watermelon. Very limited options.Dinner experience - we decided to dine at their restaurant as we were tired to go outside. Very poor service. They took 45 mins to ready our order and when we ordered roti again they denied saying their duty is over and they have to go home. No room service at night. No staff for baggage assistance. we asked for towels around 9 pm they denied saying no house keeping staff at that time. so they will give in morning. Also nearby Vanguinim beach is not worth visiting. Spoiled our last day in Goa.

We had a calm & pleasant 4 nights stay. Everyone working there are cooperative & helpful for our demands. Special thanks to the Resort owner, Resort manager Mr. Anand Raj for their help & hospitality & creating Nice ambience during our stay. We loved our stay & nearby Beach enjoyment. We prefer this cost effective resort for our future stay also.
