Location is In a quiet area away from market. clean , big rooms but no assistance when Required by staff. Breakfast is horrible , after you ask them then only you will get , that too only one item , either idly or dosa. They get it from outside and serve here. They should improve upon the Breakfast or food they provide or Close down the service.

* Lift didn't work and my parents who are senior citizens has climb 2 floors. * TV didn't work * had to wait for an hour to get the room cleaned * Bed was broken. * Spoke to owner but no proper response. cleanliness was good though. would rate 2 stars.

Avoid this place. No 24-hour hot water. no drinking water in rooms. have to go down and fill yourself. unprofessional staff. didn't get hot water until 11.30 in the morning for bath. no room cleaning. small room. no table to work. overall disappointed.

Please note that this is not a hotel but just an apartment. There is no room service. Bed linens and bathroom were clean. While there was a TV but no channels were available. Basics like soap and shampoo were not provided.

Good location , away from City traffic Big rooms with good ventilation Lazy staff , no facilities Breakfast ...a big zero you need to call them to serve the breakfast that too , only one item , either idly or dosa.

Overall the stay was fine. Location was good and convenient. The services were ok but not up to the mark. Staff was not so professional. Also, the food was not available there. Overall it was an average stay.

overall it's a service apartment but slightly disappointed with tv setup box where it does not have an option to see other than kannada regional channels.

Horrible host and horrible customer service. Didn’t even saty there for 5 mins had to check out because of the host and room was smelling very very nasty.
