the worst ever experience in my whole life travel. better sleep on the footpath than staying this hotel. worst staff, bad altitude and behavior with so many issues, geaser never worked for 4 days, room was never cleaned a single day despite request, bedsheets was torn, a/c malfunction, only 2 items in breakfast and that too was served as limited.... where i was staying, i what kind of these people are and how they are allowed to run a hotel service?

I would like. to. add. here. bad. experience.

at kolkata's the hotel golden palace, i had an amazing time. the hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and is quite gorgeous. the personnel was friendly and efficient, and the rooms were immaculate, well-maintained, and elegantly furnished. the hospitality was excellent. both families and business travellers will find this hotel to be a terrific place to stay. even the meal was delicious.

I had a wonderful experience at The Hotel Golden Palace in Kolkata. The hotel is absolutely stunning with great ambience. The rooms were very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated and the hospitality was top notch and even staffs were warm and professional. It is really a great hotel to stay for both families and business purposes. The food was even amazing....

Very bad experience. Staffs have very rude attitude. The bed sheets are torn and even after you ask them to change or clean them they just deny . Breakfast is very very bad with cold bhature which has been cooked in early morning and kept for guests to consume. They don’t accept your request to give you hot food. Stay away from this place.

wonderful stay and the fact that it was such a delightful one was because of Golden Palace's staff everyone is very co operative and available at your service once u need it,will definitely stay in Golden palace when I come back to Kolkata
