    food is ok...bad location..unmannered & indiscipline staff...don't know how to talk with their customers.....too compact room...bad vibes & ambience .....bathroom to small with running tap....no fans

    We regret that the guest felt the way and what has been penned down as review of the property. We would like to put on record that the guest had chosen their rooms themselves and had changed their rooms 3-4 times during their stay with us and we fully complied with their wishes regarding the same for their convenience. The next thing they stated was that the area is very quiet and they were not feeling comfortable with the peace and quiet and wanted a noisy place. We learnt about their checking out a day earlier and on inquiring about the same, the guest stated that they wanted a noisy place to stay in ... We would also like to point out that the guest never complained about any of the staff misbehaving or otherwise and we are fully confident that our staff would never misbehave with our guests even if the guest misbehaves. hence the statement of the staff misbehaving or them being not disciplined is unacceptable and seems to be a fabricated and concocted statement. Also the ratings as the guest points out is not self assessed, the same is assessed on the basis of customer satisfaction and the quality of service which as such is high for our property and we take the review posted by the guest as having no idea about hotels and it seems the guest is used to staying in low budget lodges hence he compares the property with lodges............ God Bless him

    We regret the guest felt this way.... We would like to respond as follows: 1.The  problem, that the guest was not comfortable with the room as the rooms was too small for them according to them . we immediately provided 3 rooms instead of 2 rooms at no extra cost. 2. the next complain made by guest was that no one was answering the phone at reception and in restaurant . An information card is placed in every single room and its clearly mentioned that the reception and restaurant will re- open by 7 am in the morning and the call made by the guest was at 05:30 am More over the guest wanted bed tea at 5:30 am in the morning. we have tea and coffee maker in each our rooms for the convenience of our guests. Next thing is as per the guest complaint, the rooms were smelly ,to which we agree the smell was in the next morning from some external source as the windows were open while the guest was in house ,after the complaint .we made sure that the rooms were DE-odourised and the same has been verified by the guest . About the bathrooms being smelly, we would like to point out that the guest had been using the bathroom continuously and housekeeping personnel were not able to carry out the routine housekeeping activities ....
