Stay on 31st Jan to 2nd Feb 2025.. Abigail Regency a budget hotel in Shirdi ..however rooms were ok (Need improvement) ..though have been staying in this hotel & Abigail Goradias from a very long time. On front desk Ms Pallavi who was extremely courteous & helpful for check in process even though after putting in several hours & standing through out the duty . really appreciate. On the restaurant front Mr Omkar Daate was very nice to us checking on small details about the guest about their wants & ensuring the guest leave the restaurant Happily.Very Generous, Proactive in work & serving with Smile on the face. Even for that matter Mr Usman always serving with a smile after putting in long hours in their duty & ensuring happiness of their customers. I would suggest Abigail should have such more people & their business would go places. Thank you once again Pallavi (Front Desk), Omkar & Usman (Restaurant) for making me & my families small stay & Darshan comfortable. They are truly an asset to your business👍... The above 5 rating have been given due to the hospitality shown by these people for the names mentioned. Thanks

Enjoyable Stay. Clean and Neat Rooms. Excellent Restaurant having a good vegetarian spread only hitch being as regards the Menu, a bit stiff price wise. The Hotel is only just Two minutes walkable distance to Sai Mandir Gate No-2. Very Courteous Staff. Special Mention to be accorded to Receptionist- Mr.Rahul and Mr. Gaurav and Ms. Pragrati of the Restaurant. Keep up the good work.😊👍👏

It's located about 200 meters from the temple so it's location is very good. The rooms & the services they provided was very good as well. Their staff were very well behaved & their food was great as well. they even provided complement breakfast to me which was delicious too. Overall we had wonderful experience staying here.

Nice big rooms but furnishing are not upto the mark geysers are not working in some of the rooms . Services in restaurant takes a very long time . Nice parking space .

Stay was good. Little bit lacking behind in terms of cleanliness. AC's are old style and are not smooth. We had to put of the AC because of the noise.
