Overall experience was good. I spent just 4 hours though and that is to sleep only. I did not find any switch to turn the lights(two lamps on the sides of TV) off, so slept with two lamps on and I did not contact housekeeping as it was 3 am. But I would rate this hotel 5Star.

Very good hotel. 4 star is having amenities of 5 star. Pool was closed. Only minus is 5 km away from magneto mall. Nothing nearby. Food little bit expensive. My room was upgraded free. Room service very fast. Overall it is nice to stay. You should have your Car here.

my stay in grand canyon was very good and i felt like my second home. my suggestion to them is that they should work on pest control and toiletries availability where they lack and need improvement.
