Basic amenities like TV and AC are not included in the standard room, you have to upgrade to Deluxe room @ extra cost. Walking distance from Jagdish temple and city palace museum, but due to very small lanes (Poles in the old city area) you have to park at distance. No room service available to any rooms. The staff is courteous & helpful.

i am facing very bad experience as the hotelier gave rooms in old property there is no lift , different pillow covers , no shower , no flush working, no good toilet , no good room service , no water ,no towel , very bad bed sheet with holes in it , no TV , i am with family , i am having pictures also , no one to help out
