Very good location, in the main market and walking distance from Thapar Institute of Engineering. Big spacious rooms and very neat and clean. Helpful and courteous staff. Two things need attention..decor and ambiance..it is very basic and second food..they have a kitchen but timings are odd and prices of food very high. Rest it was a very pleasant experience. Neat the market, lot of shopping and dining options around.

Will Never recommended this hotel to anyone,very poor room service and hospitality at front desk too,poor food quality. Breakfast is just for name shake,third class spread. You will find one type parantha, eggs and pooris. I had booked for three days and end up with bad stomach. Only one thing which is good about this hotel is they have spacious room.

I went there in the night. They didnot even open their door. I knocked so many times for like one hour . Then i have to stay at other hotel. Worst experience They did not even open their gates at night I waited for 1 hour knocking their door. I called hotel staff many times but no answer Then I have to book another hotel at night and stay there

Worst experience with this hotel, rooms were unhygienic and dirty. Service was very poor. There was no staff available at reception and even for room service. Their billing system is also faulty, as they will be giving you Invoice of much lower value than what you have actually paid. Over all very bad, I recommend to avoid this property.

Bathroom are dirty kettle was broken. Break fast very worst. Mattress was broken. Geyser was no working. At least this time in hotel was very bad experience. But staff was very polite

Its good to have in hotel but tv is not working, tea is not so good, however stay is very good, good supporting staff, very helpful they are and breakfast is so delicious😋
