Very pathetic and worst hotel I have ever seen. don't book this hotel. Nothing is good about this hotel. 1. Staff behaviour is not good specially Pragya. 2. They have mentioned lift as amenity but it's not working since last 1 year or 2 You can see the older comments for this. 3. They have all broken AC's where you can't control the temperature because they don't have a remote. 4. Fan make noise. 5. Bedsheets and pillows and towels have gutka stains. 6. Can't take bath because shower is above toilet seat. Go for another nearby hotel. If there were an option to give half or zero star rating then I would have given that. Raised the concern to customer support but they did not provide any solution.

We four friends was staying 12Mar to 13Mar at this property . Honestly saying some pros and cons Pros-Near to railway station master canteen 2-just 800mtr to market building for shopping 3-budget Hotel Cons- 1-Dirty Rooms with matress 2-No drinking water and complementary good supplied 3-junkies toilets accessories like tap and other 4-very old window AC and celliing fan 5-there are no celling on roof 6-color faded and old rooms

Horrible and pathetic hotel. I have shared the images of the rooms. damp and soggy walls, balcony, stairs and everywhere... lift not working, aged people have to climb 3rd floor through narrow and dark stairs. faced a privacy issue at night, drunk people kept on banging on doors at midnight. Loud music from the bar area (terrace) kept on till midnight or maybe more.

The Room was not neat. The curtains were unclean. The Bed sheet, Pillow Covers was not properly cleaned. No room freshners. The washroom door was not closing. When asked to provide an alternate room, none was given. They did not even come and look at the room. For Couples and Family, not a good hotel. Thank You "Green Palace" 🙏

No Wi-Fi. Seepage issue in room, washroom was not clean and flush was not working. No one is there to hear the issue and fix it. When I said 2-3 times for the washroom issue staff said I will fix this at night but no one will come to fix it.

Nice and friendly behavior. Good hotel at a budget friendly price. Also it's very close to Bhubaneswar main station, so it's a good option for overnight halt. Good friendly behavior by the staff. No extra charges

Hotel was fine, not very clean. I had booked 2 rooms, one was okay but the other was a bit damp and smelly. Sheets needed to be changed. Maintenance is required. Overall, it was an average stay.

Very disappointed.My room guest was cockroaches.Floor not cleaned....it's sticky.bedsheets not washed.
