Thank you for making our stay so special- Mr. Tariq, Mr.Shakir, Mr.Irfan, Mr.Abrar, Mr.Aadil I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my family, and I must say, the staff truly went above and beyond! My family was very much happy and still talks about the kindness and hospitality of the staff. From check-in to check-out, every hotel staff we interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast and dinner spread had great varieties and tasted delicious. But what truly made my experience stand out was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, often anticipating our requests before we even had to ask. From upgrading our rooms to accommodate as per our family members, to arranging a great ambience to celebrate my son's birthday even on an ad-hoc request , going beyond their food menu specially to cater our needs were few of the kind gestures which made us feel valued and appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience.

The best part of this hotel are it's staff. They are incredible human beings and excellent at their job! The ambience, the food and the cleanliness of the hotel are it's biggest plus points after their staff. The staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable, happy and relaxed! This place will be my place of choice if I do visit Srinagar again. I would like to especially thank Mr. Irfan, Mr. Shakir, Mr. Tariq, Mr. Nasir, Mr. Aadil, Mr. Abrar. Nice and cozy rooms, very neat and tidy. The staff is friendly and humble and they will personally look after accommodating you and will make you feel comfortable. I opted for their package which included breakfast and dinner and I must say that the food they serve is really delicious and well prepared, also they serve you multi state cuisines with some Kashmiri specialities. I am much satisfied with everything for my overall stay

Enthusiastic staff. Good facilities. Great food. They even cooked South and West Indian dishes very well.We stayed for 2 nights and the service right from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping has been commendable. They have been very helpful whenever we asked for some room service and the manager gave us a late check out. Had a very nice stay. Will definately recommended it to others.

Me and my wife stayed there for 4 nights sightseeing around Srinagar. The room was very clean, neat and tidy. The service was also very good. The room was cleaned everyday and all amenities were as mentioned on the website. Surely I would prefer to stay in the same hotel if I happen to visit Srinagar again.

I recently stayed at Hotel Green Rooms and the stay was pretty good. The check-in process was quick and they even offered a complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious and modern, but had a little bit of dust which was manageable. Breakfast and dinner was good.
