Hotel Greenfield Regency

This was my first time visiting Shimla and I was really having my slight double thoughts with the mixed neutral reviews of this hotel but I still took the risk as it was located in a very convenient location with peace offering view surrounded by trees which was all I was looking for. As soon as I reached there the hotel owner himself was present there for a warm welcome. Definitely a kind person just like his management team as they all were very professional with their work but also at the same time carried a very warm and nice aura around i.e.The receptionist as he arranged a way too early check-in for me and was very professional with his communication skills, the Baggage porter (sanju bhaiya), the food and beverage staff, literally everyone of them was very kind, it felt like they all were happy with what they were doing which is very rare to even assume making it feel just like home. About my room, it was quite BIG and with the amount of penny I booked it for, was more than worth. It was well neat and clean including the washroom which really impressed me. The space it carried was ridiculously amazing for a standard room. I didn't tried much of their menu as I was mostly outside during the eating hours so I can't give an appropriate well deserving review for that, all I tried was their Cheese Chilly and it was actually well cooked and delivered in a few minutes. You'll also receive a complimentary tea as your warm welcome which is a banger. It for sure was/is a 10/10 place for my end and the type of stay they made for me I can even say that if you had a terrible experience with them then maybe you're the problem. (if y'all still have your doubts with the hotel just go with the fact that no one or hardly anyone makes an effort to write such a big review on the hotel). I indeed will definitely book the same hotel the other time I visit shimla with any doubts. I will thank myself first for picking this hotel for my stay and then thank you Hotel Greenfield Regency for a delightful stay. Regards Vikrant

First the approach road is very narrow and little bit away from the town If you have cab then no problem. When we arrived at the property at reception simply denied the booking and said that your booking has been cancelled. Finally I had to call Go ibibo and got quick response from Go ibibo.thanks Go ibibo for helping. Eventhough We booked view rooms hotelier was providing non view rooms but finally provided. Good quality food but the restaurant manager is helpless due to lack of staff you have to wait for your order so it is difficult situation. not courtegeous staff. Rooms are neet and clean with good rooms. Actually the propery is good with with good view from the rooms but the staff is low and not ready to help immediately. They have parking facility with them. As the property is good but narrow approach and difficult to climb to road approx 1km If you like place away from city hustle bustle then this is the place for you just 3 km away from the city but with car. Thanks.

Overall it was a good experience in this hotel. Aditya helped with early check-in also for 1 out of 2 rooms I had booked and then provided 2nd room also in sometime once it became ready. Had parking and a lift which was very important for parents. Good food also at decent rates. Rooms were clean.Things to improve: provide dental kit, toiletries according to 2 people per room without asking. Please provide drinking water in a sufficient amount without asking to refill instead of 1 small bottle. There is no fan or Air Conditioning available in rooms since it's Shimla. I went in June, so it was important. However, hotel provided a table fan on their own without asking as they understood it already but table fan doesn't help beyond an extent. Considering these things, pricing of rooms is a little bit high if you don't get a room a good view which is shown in the images while booking

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The property is brand new, and you can tell that the staff takes great pride in maintaining its pristine appearance. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service, and this continued throughout my stay. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. Additionally, the room had a beautiful view of the surrounding area, which was an added bonus.
