This place is a pretty good and decent hotel. The rooms are spacious. The service provided here is really worth mentioning and the food tastes amazing. Staff are approachable with good behaviour. Hot water is available 24X7, which is not usually seen in the hills. Also this property is surrounded with lush green trees and it looks amazing during rainy day. During night time you can see Darjeeling City from your room. Overall it was a great experience and would surely recommend it if you love to live in solitude. Also to mention there hospitality is amazing.

Hotel lacks one of most basic amenities ie water...irregular water supply..most of the time not available,Location is very far from main bus stand making it difficult to connect with market, only one thing worth it is their rooms, very clean and sophisticated(Suites) . Food quality is moderate. Availabilty of staff is also a major concern over there, You need to search for staffs here and there in case you need something.
