Room was ok, but not happy with the staff behavior and service. when I reached room there was no AC remote, even reception phone number not mentioned on the land-line. staff also didnt mention about TV, AC, reception number at the time of check-in. i had to come to reception for lunch, ac remote and Change pillow cover as it was dirty. but the staff were not responding quickly. they told someone will come to my room to get order of lunch, i requested to send as early possible,. But I waited for more than 30min to order lunch but no-one came to ask, finally i ordered from outside which is very disappointed. Bedsheet was very old, not in good condition. ventilation is good but only one light is in the room and that is not LED, so its not brightening the room in night.

showing different room and they are providing the different room. They take extra charge to provide a standard room. They provided us a low quality room n after paying extra charge they showed a good quality room.
