During the stay,there was faulty backup generator service in case of power outage. Had to spend almost 4-5 hours without any electricity (No AC/fan) during the hot summer night. Secondly,during booking it was mentioned that mineral water will be provided but they didn't,instead they told us that the mineral water is chargeable except for the first bottle(that is complimentary). Toiletries provided were also of sub-standard quality. All in all it was a bad experience.

Stayed here one nights for a holiday. The hotel was fully booked but the staff managed well with a great service. I had a premier bedroom with balcony.The room was nice and spacious, bathroom was clean.I enjoyed the hotel facilities, the pool is great. Breakfast was okay and had wide choices. The interior was great and the view was great, I could see night city view from the balcony. It was a wonderful stay here and surely would like to come back.

my stay is horrible your partner says they will not accept online booking after lots of discussion they will agree but the room condition is horrible it looks like some public toilet and the room smells the bedsheet is dirty if there is an option for negative ratings then i will give -5

Service is not upto mark. Food quality is below average. Hotel is on 1st floor and there is no elevator to go upstairs and this was not mentioned while booking. ACs were not working initially and after complaining 5 times and yelling at the staff they somehow managed to fixed it.

Most economical accomodation in nearby localities. Courteous service. Amicable staff. Almost good in hygiene. Only thing I didn't like was the stained bed sheets which makes over-all experience little bit bad! Other than that it was good!

Hotel is good. service is perfect. in amenties there is a.c but in fact there is no a.c in standard room they were charging extra 500 for that. we enjoyed it😉
