The Main reason I picked this three star hotel was for hot water which wasn't there in other hotels but I had the worst experience they told 24/7 hot water but hardly the first of my three days a few hours it came then no hot water in spite of repeatedly telling. I stayed for three nights Apart from this rest all was good which should be present in a three star hotel. Overall Average rating mainly due to hot water issue Rest of things like hotel ambience, Room, Service, parking all good.

The hotel, ambience, staff and management is good. The staff at reception is there to help you in anything you need. Rooms are clean, spacious, well lit. Bathrooms are good as well. Breakfast can be improved, but overall everything is good. facility for hosting meetings is available in the hotel.

The hotel room was good. However, the room service was pathetic. For a bottle of water, I had to remind them thrice and waited for more than 1.5 hours. The same happened when I asked for a dental kit(only one was in the room). I won't prefer that hotel again.

breakfast was options was not there, no cut fruits, no milk, no veggies, only dhosha was available, and no buffet food. and 1st rooms lock was not working, hotel staff and owners are arguing and rising sound at the reception, in front of customers !!!!
