guest house jo ki ek bhut hi khubsurat location or rha hoga. jo ki ab vaisa bilkul nhi h. foto me window ke bahr river dikhai gi h but ab window ke bahar teen tappad dikhai dete h. washroom me washbasin, dustbin or mirror tk nhi tha. free breakfast hone ke bad bhi hamse breakfast ke paise le liye. Or ye kah kr ki hamne jyada bread slice khai h. Guest house owner ka behavior achchha tha. cooperative tha. khana achchhe se khilaya. Pr khana bahut costly tha 20 rupay ki ek chapati But khana tasty tha. Dal.120Rice 80Curd 60Sabji 140Roti 300Tea 150 (30 per )

An excellent property with very warm staff.the hospitality by the staff was so humble and heart touching, as it was raining the food was served to room and all arrangements was made.. the hotel is also very scenic view .the sight seeing places also very nice and near by from this place Special mention of Mr Prince and the whole staff are very nice. Anything I write here will be short as the experience cant be put in words. The location the warmth the food and the overall experience needs a try for must.

Dear all friends. First of all let me all inform you pahalgam is very safe and plaeant place in kashmir. And pahalgam will be memorable trip if u stayed in Hayat Guest House . This hotel is very close to river even u can enjoy sound of river in room itself. Also each rooms has kashmiri ehic touch which makes you feel u r in holiday in kadhmir. Owner of the Hotel Mr Prince sahab is great person he welcome us like family member. Must must plan to stay here in case u r planning to visit pahalgam.

This hotel is probably the best hotel in Pahalgam .....the location is wonderful. & the food is really good and you probably would not need to move out for your meals.Early morning as I opened my eyes I saw d snowpeaked mountains and d lovely river lidder... couldn't have asked fr more! Breakfast was like royaltyI would especially recommend this hotel for its personalized service with ample staff being allocated to each wing / floor who were always around to assist and serve you Highly recommended

Our recent stay at the property was absolutely fantastic.The staff and the people are nicest people i have ever come across.And the manager Mr.Prince is the one who has taken care of every single detail of our stay,the most humble,caring,sweetest and amazing person you will meet. We have stayed at the most amazing hotels but this place will always have my heart. highly recommended

1) rooms were without sink.although they got it installed by evening but we had to adjust our luggage in different room.Room should have been ready before check in not after check in. 2) Towels were stinking and there were rats running in the lobby area. 3)he had a tv in common area and kids asked him to switch on the tv but he ignored the kids and didn't switch it on.

Prince.. owner of the guest house was very nice friendly and courteous and his welcoming attitude made our stay at the guest house like second home. I cannot thank him enough and the way he came to drop us was unexpected and would definitely want to visit him again if I ever get chance to go to the paradise so called kashmir again.

Stay was pleasant. Location is easily accessible from Pahalgam taxi stand and Golf course is within 500m from hotel. Prince is very helpful and always ready to support with all kind of query related to trip and places. Wifi is also good and you can continue WFH from here with good views and Breakfast & food is also tasty.

Pictures of rooms are misleading. cleanliness and hygiene not up to mark. Bedding not well maintained. Overall too high a price to pay and facilities provided don't match the price charged although owner is very helpful in guiding you around.

Very poor guest house.. Extremely nasty environment.. Roads leading to the hotel is very dirty..rooms were damp..Not at all suitable for spending one night... I could not even stay in the hotel, had to shift to a different hotel to stay.

Worst of the experience it was. Not even worth a single penny. Room stinks and whole house is shaking. No proper roofing. Dirty linen and towel was given. No toiletries were given. Bed shakes so much that you can’t even properly sleep.

The experience was bad . Worst quality room. No TV. Bedding was dirty and not upto mark. The pics of the hotel were totally opposite of wat we experienced in reality. we wanna cancel tomorrow's booking also if it is possible. Thank you
