A perfect hotel in Dalhousie. 1) 5 stars for the location of the hotel as there is an amazing view from the hotel. 2) 5 stars for rooms. 2) 5 + 2 additional stars for the best hospitality I could have ever got in any hotel. Reason for this is - - Hotel offered an upgrade to the balcony room without charging anything - staff was even available to help during late night. - Food service is too quick. - Every hotel staff member is so dedicated to giving services. They all are well mannered and in proper dress code always. amazing hospitality.

Excellent hotel. Super room service. I called the reception at 3 am in morning for a service & they responded.View from the hotel balcony is amazing. You can spend hours in balcony. It's a newly build hotel. The photos of the hotel actually match. It's just 5 mins walk down from the Gandhi Chowk. It's a family hotel. It's safe. I had a kid with me for which I had to avail their room service frequently. They obliged everyime with a smile.

Owner was very supportive and helpful, Upgraded the room without extra cost on basis of availibility and also hotel is very managed, Tracking the hotel is bit challenging as it requires a road cut where hotel name is mentioned very small. Accomodation and staff is very supportive great romantic views and also room is very adorable,comfy and cozy type as described by my fiance. She loved it

loved it and the hotel do make sure that all your basic needs are met like clean room and fast room service and even if you want you can give luggage to them and they will keep it safe even after your stay time is over. Good space and 3 friends and they provide extra bed for us even without asking so it was a great experience.

Our stay at heaven hills was very good. The rooms are well maintained, spacious and clean. These are pictures of the view right outside the balcony. The mall road is nearby (1km) and this place is easily accessible by car. Overall an amazing experience!

Hotel location is a bit far from Gandhi chawk. Staff behaviour very good. Heaters are available at an extra cost. But during off seasons they can provide it at free of cost. Rooms a bit small, but view from the hotel is good.

staff behaviour was excellent. room was value for money and very well near & clean. proper 3 star room. only thing that didn't go well was, they provided a towel with sperm stains. it was smelling too. this is big miss.
