very bad hotel and no proper response to the guest...even some time water is not available..though they are putting add of accomodation with free breakfast, but no such facility....rooms are not cleaned and bedsheets/blankets are also not cleaned.. service and amenities are very bad... no one should book this hotel... suggest zero rating...

there is no name for the place.. Only a arch is there inside there is a deep steep. No proper respect on reception. Really worst service. These guys spoil the reputation of Ooty
