Hotel Heritage Inn

The good thing about the hotel is that it is very near to the airport and is situated in such a location where other hotels and groceries stores are also present so one need not go too to have dinner or buy stuff. The problem which i had with this hotel while staying that its service is horrible, although this is a budget hotel and we cannot compare with expensive ones but i have lived in more cheaper hotels and have got satisfactory services. The person who is running this hotel doesn't know any thing about hospitality, and talks in a very rude manner, we had a good mood about visiting this hotel messed up our mind. The most basic facilities like towels are not available, when we asked for it, they said that towels are not included in the rates. normally Guests are given the highest priority and the room service is provided in all time, we lived here for 2 days but there was no cleaning or changing the sheets, when we asked about housekeeping, they said that housekeeping is done in every 3rd day. THis is not that cheap of a hotel that one is denied basic housekeeping services. The bathroom in particular was very dirty, tiles were not cleaned, pipes were leaking, and there was not exhaust system, bathroom was stinking like hell. The room is quite big but as the hotel is just on the side of a busy road, sleeping is very difficult. I highly recommend not to live in this hotel, there are ton of cheaper options, plz go with that.

I had booked Deluxe rooms here, they were clean & new. It was a comfortable stay. Staff is friendly. The hotel is not so far from the airport as many people would say, just 5-7 minutes car ride. Food was just about okay. You can have it if there is no choice at all. They don't provide WIFI as ****** profile shows. Neither do they have intercom facility!! I had also booked Semi Deluxe room for just a night stay because my flight got postponed for a day. It had everything place, spacious and neat but lack in sanitation of washrooms. Flush was not working at all. Buckets & Towels were of very poor quality. Moreover, few users have uploaded photos with high class rooms interior, they all are fake. Be aware!! Overall, Deluxe room is much better if you just want to explore Andamans without any trouble & for a comfortable stay. Also, Heritage Inn is a safe place.

Gud to stay here at low prices. From the jetty we landed to hotel transportation charges ***-***₹. But buses available they will charge you **₹ if u are interested to take public transport. Breakfast is complimentary here. But no internet is available don't forget that. Greaser is there, Ac is there but before you want to start just inform then they will switch on the MCB. Ask locals how to reach your destination by public transport . Ross island jetty closed on every wednesday

1) We stayed here for one night. We had two room booked and both the rooms were clean, sufficiently big. 2) complementry breakfast was not up to the mark but cant expect much in such low price. 3) staff is mostly good except 1 guy who talk rude and dont know how to talk to customer. 4) near to airport. i.e. only 3kms. 5) locality is good. 6) they have foam matterress which creates backpain in morning. 7) overall good budget hotel to stay in if you are tight on budget.
