it is an average hotel, dont expect much from hotel hill top. it is 50 meter far from snow view point. ride for hotel from lake is very tough and might be dangerous, if you want to go to hotel, go from zoo road to birla school to snow view. if you are going from car and you are going with family and you have kids , i do not prefer to stay there. take a hotel on mall road. if you are nature lover and want to do some kind of trekking and want to stay in noise less place , you can choose it. You will not find much cleanliness in the hotel and the mattress is hard and you will get blanket without cover. The TV has limited channels almost zero popular channels, no AC, no fridge but you will get geaser there. i suggest not to order food from hotel, there are some shops in snow view point market. you cannot park your car in nanital except hotel parking and parking ground of nanital which charges 500 rupees.

very bad location in nainital. it's in village, has to walk to almost 1 km to reach hotel that too at height. way to hotel was from jungle. no car parking, I have to park car in main road near curve. room was too small, with no cubord, cattle. very poor facility. but pantry boy was fine. food was also fine. hotel located in village. I have to park my vehicle in main road and has to walk for almost 1 km that too on height. most serious is that it's jungle way, full of animals. room was too small, with no cuboard. as I have a habit to drink warm water in morning but it was not available.

owner is not professional he is taking commissionin every thing and charging extra for any bravrages and wayer bottle, room is not clean, beds are not clean there is cocroch and multiple insects in room, room location is also not good you have to pay 500 rs every time when you want to go to mall road or from mall road to hotle. they are not taking food order after 6pm, and if you are requesting them to arrange the food they are denying. you can't arrange food by your self as there is no option you only have to 500 to come to mall road then you can arrange it from there.

itna bekar hotel hai ye ki mere pass koi words nahi hai iske liye is hotel jane ke liye rasta bahut hi khatarnak hai meri car bahut muskil se ai yaha se staff nahi hai inke pass or jiska ye hotel hai usne bhi meri koi help nhi ki or ganda bahut hi jada 2 din ki booking thi meri mai 1 night raha bus paisa bhi refund nhi kiya location bhi kahi or ki hi thi hotel kahi or hi hai or bhi kahi sari problem thi to please mat jana yaha....

Excellent Our stay with the hotel hill top was seriously very nice .....I am so happy with the services provided by the hotel staff and most importantly the rooms and the view from the hotel was too good View from the hotel Hotel rooms Tea and lunch provided by hotel staff Behaviour of the staff Cleanliness of the room Warm water provided by the hotel These all things are too good I m happy with the hotel

Divyanshu Joshi , the owner is very soft spoken and nice person , he facilitated us in a very less time, although Hotel location is at top with Mountain View, it’s little bit tuff to reach at the hotel , but the owner self made it easy. Mr Vineet the caretaker is good and nice guy. Thanks for making our stay pleasant but Hotel room need to be improvement.

I booked hotel 2 night hill top nainital 9th jun to 11 jun 2023 shows 940 meter from lake but distance is 4km from nainital lake. and pay up and down 1000/- extra hotel washroom is dirty . water pipe leek and electric current in warm water pipe. so next day leave hotel for any treasury. and my booking amount isn't refund. I suggest you not to book hotel

The hotel is too far from mall road it's very tough task to reach mall road if you have child like me it's very risky .There is no any other option rather than cab(charges 300 rs) to reach mall road.so if u only want to stay in peace you choose this stay. Done

the hotel owner was not answering the calls the time we reached to our destination.and still the services were not good of hotel and room as shown in the pictures .i m really very disappointed why the behaviour of the owner.

experience was not good, bcoz there was no basics amenities, like water, cable tv was not recharge, washroom drain was choke etc. there was not dining area, we were having food outside restaurant.
