Excellent Stay with Great Hospitality and Ambiance I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The hospitality was truly amazing with staff who were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. The cleanliness throughout the property was impressive, from the rooms to the common areas. All the amenities listed were exactly as promised and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The restaurant deserves a special mention—it had a lovely ambiance, perfect for relaxing meals, and the service there was equally commendable. Overall, a great stay. Highly recommended

This is my second stay in this hotel. You can taste excellent food here. The lounch bar item in the evening and the range breakfast spreads are the attraction of this hotel. When I stayed here three years back, goibibbo rating was near to 5 . But I don't know why it's has gone down to 3.7 now. Even now good service, excellent food and live items spacious room. I recommend this hotel for all kind of travellers

Attention: When you book this property, the hotel provides you old dirty and defunct rooms. But after complaining the hotel provides excellent room. So never compromise with quality of stay if hotel is making undue and unfair practices. Always seek resolutions with the process and it will be resolved thanks.

Overall a perfect stay, close to major places to visit, food was amazing, staff was polite and well behaved. Rooms can be more spacious or can be planned properly for proper space management eg round table was taking to much space . just a suggestion 😀 Overall satisfied !!

It was one of the best hotel in BBSR , as the name suggests it is quiet old hotel chain ….. but you will love the hospitality of the hotel staff . Location is good , both airport and railway station is 3-5 km away …. I recommend it totally .
