Property was good according to the location. However, they have mentioned that they have parking facility which is not true. They ask you to park your vehicle on the roadside. Some issue with wifi as well. Wifi was keep on disconnecting when I was attending online meeting.

front desk / reception people are not trained to understand how to check obooking detailsdelays more than two hour to get checked in in the afternoon timeAlso no temperature checking, no sanitizer provided for people hand washtowels and room was not cleaned in the room

it was an amazing experience , so clean room, staff is also nice . bathrooms are so cleaned , overall a good experience clean room , well sanitized area and good staff service , food service is also very good . but prices are little more then usual rest all is good .

it was worst, we reached there at 10:30pm and still the room was not ready, they assigned us another room in which bathroom window was broken and we have to wait 30 min. to finally get our room, apart from it no towel no footmat was there.

the experience wasn't good, services was poor, no one will respond to your calls, no bathroom amenities will be there, 2-2hrs delayed in room dining facilities. Not to go for this property until and unless it's very urgent. thanks,

Don't go for this hotel unless it is urgent .They are priced bit higher doesn't have enough facilities. Better check for other hotels in this location. In crunch situations we get tense and would lose our mind.

overall experience was worth every penny, very friendly staff and neat rooms especially the washrooms were maintained very hygienic. I would recommend hira palace to family stay without any doubt

towel was worn , small holes in towel, no sleeper was provided, there are lots of insects inside room, room size was ok, but room doors are not good there handles was not working properly.

Superb hotel with positive vibes all around. Room was very clean with all facilities. Hotel is located very near to Sarita Vihar metro station. Staffs are also very cooperative.

Everything was good…room was neat and clean, the staff was courteous .but if you order food, you have to wait for very long otherwise, everything was good.

it was excellent. clean rooms, staff is cooperative but basic amenities like kettle, instance tea making system and water should be added.

The room was spacious and we had hassle free check in. The only problem was the location tough to find and no car parking was available.

good experience. nice and clean room. television was not working in one of the rooms though. but overall the experience was nice.

No restaurant, Basic amenities like tovel, napkins, toilet papers not available. Corona sanitization not taken care off.
