It will be wrong to say that it is an average hotel. It's a very good hotel. Cleanliness is above par and they have maintained this very nicely. rooms are spacious. there are a few pros and cons which are mentioned below. Pros: 1. Very Clean 2. Spacious rooms 3. Friendly Staff 4. Great Location 5. Good Restaurant with quality food. Specially Nonveg Cons: 1. Less Staff 2. Lack of amenities in the room. e.g. coffee maker and kinds of stuff (it there but not so good) 3. Breakfast menus are very less. they are serving cold food for breakfast. (e.g. nobody makes omelettes and dosa without order and keeps it) 4. it feels like breakfasts are served only to fulfil business criteria. only 1-2 staffs are there at the restaurant at breakfast time. Overall the hotel is good and can be stayed here. but it doesn't fulfil all criteria of being a good business hotel. Prices are also kept high.

Nice hotel with very clean and cozy rooms. Well maintained, friendly staff, good location with nice view from window. Two things needs slight improvement 1. Hotwater is dependent on solar power so in case of rainy day there is problem in getting hot water. 2.In breakfast there should be option for veg.( before serving they should at least check guest preference) Otherwise everything is good, recommended for family or couple stay...👍

Reasonable price and extremely hygienic. Loved the hygiene part of it. They serve decent breakfast and have a good restaurant to order from. Breakfast is served at 8am, you can get tea around 7:30. Location is about 6 kms from MMRT/Hyundai Company. Courteous staff. Told the manager that i'd be checking in a little earlier than the actual checkin time and they were okay with it. Visitors are also allowed. Had a great stay for 3 days.

The Hotel was okay overall. One small bad thing was that the room boy will wake you up in the morning to offer you comlimentary tea/coffee. Why should they wake us up if not asked for? My sleep was disturbed. I checked in at midnight and that wake up call disturbed me a lot.

Excellent food of Restaurant Rayyan. No other restaurant near by due to hotel being on highway, 12km's from MMRT. Rooms are small comparatively but very clean. Staff is very supportive and helpful. Good breakfast. Overall experience is amazing.

The hotel is on the Chennai - Bengaluru Highway. Room was neat and clean. No complementary water bottle. Service was poor. Breakfast was served to room without our intimation and food was not upto the mark. Need to improve on service.

If you have work in and around Sriperumbudur, then just go for this. Very clean rooms, well maintained, quick service, with parking space for your vehicles, affordable price. You can't really ask for more.

This is a decent hotel. Location is also strategic. The staff is good and courteous. Hotel is clean too. I did not try any food from there.The stay was value for money.

The receptionist was really nice. The owner of the hotel even dropped me to my bus stop at 11:30 in the night after my cab didnt turn up for 30-45 mins. Very courteous.

Flexible checkin & checkout, good room service and decent breakfast. Tea was provided at 6.30am and breakfast at 7.30am, in the room. Room was decent sized
