I checked in at around 9:30 pm. I was given a room on the ground floor right opposite to reception. the lady with me felt unsafe there and requested room on upper floor, but the receptionist denied the same. there was no water in the room, when asked he just gave 1 bottle which was kept on reception desk. there was no ac remote there. when asked he took out one broken remote from the drawer and handed over to me saying that I need to return it after switching on the AC. but that remote didn't wo ...more

Its a Great Hotel and value for money but there are many things they need to work on to become better. 1. The Kettle provided by them was not clean and was stinking. Its obviously problem with them cleaning staff but it was disappointing when i with great hope entered the Hotel. 2. Again on other day when i requested cleaning staff to clean the room, they repeatedly ignored my calls 4 times and i had to go reception and request for cleaning of room. 3.
