We stayed here during our Diwali weekend. Travelled from Bangalore and reached estate around 5 pm. The approach road from main road to the estate was not good. Its very worse and make sure you car have good tyres to ride on it. Its around 2 kms from the main road. Please make sure you reach the estate before it gets dark, as you might feel uncomfortable when its dark for the first time. Once you reach the gate of the estate it feels good and its a beautiful place with coffee gardens surrounded. The rooms were big and neat. Special mention to food and it was also very good. All rooms were 4 bedded and quite spacious. But there are no other amenities inside the estate. You can sit in the balcony and relax. But not sure how kids will take as they might get bored. the staffs were cool and helpful. Service was good. Wifi only in reception, so don't expect it. The atmosphere is good and you wil feel it.. Overall a very good experience, positives and will recommend it.

I was told that they do not have any booking for me after i reach the hotel with Family and kids. and when i called IBIBO, IBIBO didn't helped me with an alternative.I have to roam around the places to find a new one, it was very painful , I cannot use harsh words here. This is a relatively new property and has well designed and furnished rooms. That is the only positive I can tell about this place. Started with a bad booking experience where I called the place to confirm my booking and discuss about check in, I was told that they do not have any booking for me. Ms Dhanya who was managing the hotel was non responsive and finally had to co tact Goibibo to grlet the booking in place. After reaching hotel there was no one to Carey our baggage with Dhanya show I g the room and leaving us to ourselves. Soap and toiletries were not there and we had to ask for it. Buffet breakfast promised was not there as they did not have many other guests. Thankfully they cooked us what we requested.

Ibbani Cadu Coffee Estate is really wonderful experience. I will suggest everyone who is planning to visit Coorg, must stay here. Very silent place. Other stays are very scare and isolated but this property is at good location, very good road, good food, very big size rooms, very spacious halls and living area, hot water available, parking available, play area available, small tower made to experience real nature, etc. really gem property in Coorg. Don't waste money in other hotels, book this property without any hesitation. We really loved it.

A very pleasant stay! The resort staff were extremely courteous and helpful. A nice getaway from the maddening city rush. All the amenities as listed were available. If you are looking to visit places around Coorg, an all-day hired vehicle is a must, since the home-stay is around 1.7 kms from the main road and no conveyance is available (we did not enquire if the resort provides cab services).

Wonderful property located nicely in the coffee plantation and easily accessible to the main road with good road conditions. Nicely maintained and very clean. The rooms & wash rooms were very clean and neat. The hotel staff just want to make your stay happy and are so obliging for your requests and keep asking if you need anything..Food was also good. Overall enjoyed our two day stay.

We stayed at this lovely place in early march 2020. We thoroughly enjoyed the place, the surroundings and the estate walk.The rooms could accommodate a whole family, they were neat and clean. The bathroom was also neat and clean along with linens and other amenities. Would highly recommend staying at the place.

It is located in the midst of a coffee estate.They have 5 double bedrooms with excellent staff. Food was delicious. There are no amenities (like swimming pool, indoor / outdoor games, etc). If your requirement is a good stay in a coffee estate a little far from the city (6 kms), this could be the one for you.

GREAT VIEW FROM TOP OF THE ROOM, GOOD FOOD AND ALL STAFFS WERE GOOD AND COOPERATIVE. BUT THE ROADS TO THE HOME STAY IS NOT GOOD AND IT IS INTERIOR FROM MAIN ROAD AROUND 1.7KM. GOOD FOR CALM SURROUNDINGS AND PRIVACY. PHOTOS ARE SAME AS SHOWN IN THE WEBSITE. THANKS IBBANI CADU TEAM

the experience was good, the staff is helping, the estate is made in a south indian style of architecture and well maintained. all the spaces have the best view in the morning till the evening. you will get to see fog every day as the name says 'ibbani'! thank you.

It's located 2km off the Highway. Approach road was new and good. Great location. Hospitality is too good to be true. Excellent and helpful staff. No complaints whatsoever. Had a great time. Value for money. Looking forward to visiting again.

All rooms dont have good view.For family rooms as well there is a single washroom and not enough amenities. Tree house is okayish . Considering the price the services were not upto mark.
