A very nice resort. Good room, good service over all. Our only negative remark is on the ‘atmosphere’ of the restaurant! In fact there wás no atmosphere in there: all white really nothing to brighten up the walls. It was as if you were sitting in a factory’s canteen. Thus surprised us because thecredt of the resort us so tasteful, beautiful garden, nice rooms but Oh My Buddha: that ‘restaurant’ is very bad looking! Please do something about it. Make it a nice place to sit and enjoy the food in a goodlooking ambiance! Hang some typical things from the region on the walls (grab some things from your shop!) paint those walls in a warm colour... Whatever, but please please get rid of that white laboratory look!!

a beautiful location made even more beautiful by the resort. the property is engulfed in flowers and greenery, it brightens up your day even further. away from all the hustle and bustle, the resort overlooks the backwaters beyond which the sea in all it's mighty is waving up and down. the staff is really polite, and helpful. and the food, never have i tasted a buffet where every dish was just the simply delicious - dinner and breakfast alike!

We booked heritage rooms, it was comfortable with spacious bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Food was tasty and restaurant staff, Mr.Sebastian was friendly and customised our needs on the food. Great view of the sea & backwaters from the pool area. Receptionist were able to guide us with our travel needs appropriately. Overall an awesome experience

I stay three night in this resort, Location is very good,food & service is excellent, i recommend for luxury stay.....I enjoy very very testy malbari food. Room is very clean & specious. Back water ride is aarenge bu resort management is also awesome..... Over all good expierens for me.

The location of the hotel is really a feast to the eyes .Tranquility is at its best.It is one of the best resorts i stayed in kerala .Ideal for honey mooners.i ll definitely visit again and refer friends.I enjoyed a overnight stay with my family.

It was a great experience staying at Isola.. Alacarte is very expensive and I suggest to go for buffet and its worth. Outdoor greenery was awesome as its well maintained. They offer boat service to access beach till 5.30 pm.
