Itsy Hotels Twin Falls

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel during our recent trip. Check-in & Staff: The check-in process was smooth and quick. The staff deserves special mention – they were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Room & Comfort: We booked a deluxe room with a hill view, and it was spacious, clean, and well-ventilated. The morning view and sunset from the room were absolutely beautiful. Though the room didn’t have a fan or AC, the chilly weather made it unnecessary. However, a room heater would be a good addition for colder nights. There's no electric kettle in the room, but the staff promptly provides hot water upon request. Dining: There is no in-house restaurant, so for dinner, you'll need to travel about 1–2 km to the main market for more options. Tea and coffee are available on request. We were served a homemade South Indian breakfast – Dosa, Idli, and Vada – which was fresh and tasty. Service & Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff was supportive and maintained cleanliness throughout our stay. Their efforts were much appreciated. Location & Accessibility: The hotel is located around 1.5 km from the main road. The access road is narrow, and currently, due to rains, a nearby stretch is muddy. Parking can be a bit challenging. Overall: A cozy and peaceful stay with excellent service and great views. With a few improvements like heater provision and better parking, this place would be even better. Recommended for families and those looking for a homely environment.

The stay was excellent, and fits the bill perfectly. The view out of the hotel is excellent and the property is perched right in the center of the hillock, with lush views all around it. The road leading to the hotel is a little difficult in incline but easy to get on Maps. The lady leading the effort is extra courteous and always makes sure you are comfortable. Her hosting was another reason for the pleasant stay. Definitely we have a place to be when we come Ooty next time.

Awesome Stay ,Perfect Place to stay if you need a peace in relaxing Mode. Restaurant is not available but they arrange food as you required on time. Good breakfast like a food we prepared at home. Road is litter bit broken but you have your own vehicle ,There is not a issue at all. My Personal Scoring 10/10. not that good an experience. rooms and all are good and clean. but they refused to give extra blankets during the cold winter we went. geyser also takes more than 20 mins to heat up. it's a good stay but not worth the money you are putting
