hotel room is good...bathroom is good...view is nice....hot water supply is also there...but there are few things I would like to mention: 1) Route to the hotel is very tough..Its almost impossible for an outside driver to drive car through hotel...Though I managed it but I would seriously advice everyone not to go there by car..I would also not go there by car again..You have to park your car 500m from the hotel and go on foot from there... 2) Hotel staff was not cooperative enough to come and tell me the way to hotel as I reached there at 2:30 am and was unable to find way..This is after repeated calls..He was only on phone...In the end I found it myself... 3) No welcome drinks at 2:30 am...We got tea etc in the morning..

it was the best we could ask for in Manali for our budget, everything there just worked out the rooms were great, spacious, clean.. washrooms were clean which is the most important part for me in any hotel.. the food was good too the staff was very friendly and treated us like family and made the most comfortable, they even kept our bag safe for us until we returned and treated us so we'll when we went there to collect our bags after checking out the location was great, beautiful and it was completely worth it only the wifi needs to be fixed there π π but everything there was amazing A big cheer to the guys there

It was a pleasant staying at Manali Jack hill hotel. whole staff and ambience made me feel at home also hospitality and food was great. would love to come back and explore more. the whole experience of staying at Jack hil was mind blowing you will find the best view from room.
