A free bird trapped in human skin. No wings, so I came as high as I could - and settled in the mountains.Corporate was never my cup of tea, so I got myself a kettle. I grew up chasing waterfalls, green trails, cozy winters and sunny summers - always knowing I wanted to give something back to the nature that raised me. But responsibilities have a way of finding you. The 9-to-5 gave me money and took my time. I quit once, got pulled back, and then Manali happened - one last trip that left a nail in my head I couldn't pull out.So I picked up a Trä. A piece of wood. Dropped the umlaut, kept the Tra, and moved to these mountains with my wife Shagun to keep flying - and to finally look down at the beautiful, chaotic, humbling world from above.Cooking is where I find my happiest self. Nothing brings me more joy than someone finishing a plate I made. Chef's menu at Tra is not optional - consider yourself warned.And if you ever walk a trail with me and ask "Bhaiya, kitni door hai?" - just know you're getting "Thoda sa hi bacha hai. Bas 10 minute aur." Every single time.
