Pros...parking, lift, room service, reception response, guiding guests,bed, ac, tv,mirrors, spaciouscons..foul smell in bathroom,bathroom doors and toilet handshowers were dirty..Note- we ordered coffee from room. they gave us the instant coffee without any prior information about it.. we was expecting a good filter coffee in the city like Kumbakonam which is famous for filter coffeeit was average..but the cons and the note point mentioned above should be taken care..

The only problem was that there was no food available in the hotel. Rest everything was fantastic. The rooms were excellent. There was wifi available and dedicated parking available underneath the building. It is a good and safe place to stay with family. The staff was welcoming too.

Location is good. Easyto locate. Management is not professional. New to professional hotel industry. Rooms are good. They should have professional people for managing. If right people are there, this hotel will be developed.

rooms are compact and very simple. clogging issue seen in restroom. room was maintained clean but not upto the mark located nearest to good restaurants and most famous temples are accessible from this hotel location

Room was neat and clean. car orking was available. Mineral water bottle were given on check in. Chairs provided in the room were broken .other than that , pleasant stay.

Highly recommend for family and solo travellers. From receptionist to service persons everyone are polite and helpful. Rooms are good.

yuck, so dirty. The toilets weren't cleaned , just the basin was. The curtains were torn and there were dust all around the room.
