Pathetic service, no restaurant, photographs mentioned are different to what hotel had given us.. we had to pay more for the same room which we had booked. Manager of Jiwan plaza is not annoying he was arguing with us for 45mins.. not ready to understand any situation. Never recommend. In this stage who use window AC and they weren’t operational we had to change 3 rooms and we were travelling from Delhi .. further the washrooms we’re pathetic no soap nothingI will not recommend Jiwan plaza at all to anyone.

No amenities in the hotel, worse than a dharamshala. Hotel doesn't have 1 drinking water bottle, TV is not working and they are charging 2200 for a room. Never book this hotel.

they couldn't help me with slippers and tv. i even complaint about it all and gave WhatsApp proofs. they mentioned their amenities more than they provide.

worst hotel experience. never been to a worse hotel than this. No service and on top of it they charge 5 star prices on a cup of tea.

Hotel was not good. No geyser was working in any of their room. Mosquitos were there Bathrooms were not clean Room was not clean
