Jupiter Plaza

I received one of the worst treatments by the staff. I requested to provide invoices multiple times, but they ignored my request without explaining. I stayed there for two nights. The first night was booked. For the second night, I wanted to book only as it was showing a lower price than the price told by the receptionist guy. However, when I informed him about the same, he did something that the hotel was unavailable for booking. This plaza is very congested, and cab drivers don't want to come. So you have to book the hotel’s car at a much higher rate. The rooms were not clean. The bathroom shower had issues. The basin was blocked. The rooms were tiny and smelled terrible. There was no path for air circulation. I don't recommend this hotel.

very nice clean and comfortable rooms in the Jupiter plaza hotel. we arrived with my wife and daughter in the midnight they are welcoming me with welcome drink my little daughter said many thanks to all the staff. thay have also own taxi in the hotel and drop us to airport at very affordable prices. many thanks to Jupiter plaza delhi airport.

very nice clean pretty designs room with good amenities inside the room, like tea kettle welcome drink small baby millk ac tv geyser wifi and all amenities available there . staff very polite and helpful. food was very delicious and healthy. breakfast was very good. hotel owner was very supportive and helpful.
