KAMAT'S HILLTOP LEISURE

Unprofessional staff 1- i needed water at 6 am, we kept calling reception for 1 hr nobody picked up. Finally i went down to reception and rang bell, the on duty staff came out of his room (next to reception, that means he heard the phone ring all this time), he came annoyed, when i told him i needed water why nobody is picking phone, he rudely said, NO SERVICE BETWEEN 11-7, READ YOUR BOOKING DETAILS !!! What the hell !! 2- when i parked the car in their open parking, yes they don't have covered parking, his security guard came rushing,telling me you have to remove the car from here at 8 am in the morning!! Because parking will be used for customers for their super market which is on ground floor !! I dont know what thr heck was going on there. I asked security where should i park my car, he said opp to hotel on main road side. Why the hell do you mention parking facility available if guest has to park car on main road, without security?? Food- they would charge you extra for breakfast, given their tariff, you would assume you will get decent breakfast buffet, but NO ! They will give a pre packed food, here is quality details: Poha- very dry, no taste! Aloo vada- stale aloo, could smell that potato was gone bad Aloo paratha- same , no taste.

The hotel has limited rooms but the room was spacious. The service was great and there was always willingness to help. The hotel does not have a kitchen and hence the breakfast had no options- simply they sent it to the room. (They could not serve coffee! Only tea was available)

Kamat’s hilltop is a very clean property at a very good location. Check in check out process was very smooth. The guy at the reception was very good n very polite guy his service to us was excellent.enjoyed the stay at Kamats hilltop leisure

Location - near Dona Pola Jetty beach Don't have kitchen - Morning breakfast is served in Rooms (2paratha with curd and some cut fruits with tea) after 8.30am as it comes from outside. Not value for money
