Do not order food from the same place, they will boast as if it is the best place in coorg to get food. We ordered 1kg kabab, and 1/2 kg chicken curry and chappati. The kabab was not fried at all. Chappatis are very tasteless and the curry was not even as thick as roadside chicken soup and chicken tasted like rubber! The curry was not enough for 12 chappatis so asked for more gravy. And then came the tomato curry. It was bad too, just chopped tomato's, onions, chillies and boiled water. You can literally separate all of them. Then came the morning coffee. I still regret why we agreed to have first thing in the morning. The bathroom door locks are broken. There didn't even provide a single water bottle. The dustbin did not have any cover. And the location too is far from the Madikeri bus stand. I would suggest to take accommodation nearby the market ( or rajas seat) so you will have better connectivity by Auto/Bus. And you will have better hotels nearby. Please do not book from here.
