I booked 3 AC Rooms one month earlier,but the day I went to stay,they told me that they dont have any AC Room Vacant.At last somehow they manage to provide 2 AC Rooms and 1 Non AC Room.I had made payment for 3AC Rooms in Advance,but they provided only 2 AC Room.and 1 AC Room was converted to non AC Room.So the difference amount till today not refunded to me. I had made twice call ,but no satisfied response from them.Looking forward to hear from you.

Horrible experience. First of all, hoteliers told me that, thay Don't have room so rufund will not be initiated. They they told us, they will arrange something for us, so that we agreed. But thay arranged a PG for us. Where the washroom was outside of that room & door was also broken. I've sent the pictures. Please look on to this. I want my money back.

Bed sheet, pillow cover was not properly washed. Cockroaches were in the room and bathroom. Hygiene was not properly maintained. Party was going on at the roof/top floor in the evening for 2-3 hours with loud music without caring about the problem of the visitors. Staffs behaviour were ok. Locality was peaceful. Rest of the things were ok.

The place is not reachable by any Taxi or Auto, etc. The Hotelier wasn't even opening the door at night (at around 12:30 am) as well he informed that the checkout time is 8 am & not 12 pm. There was no cleanliness, the bedsheet, pillows, everything was dirty. The washroom was still better and somewhat clean.

I had booked two rooms a double bed and a triple bed room but after going to the hotel I found out that they don't have any kind of triple bed rooms there. I spoke to the hotel manager and he asked me to adjust to the double bed room.

The room was dirty, the bed sheet had stains all over it. The location is also not good had to walk through a small lane to reach it. Overall had a very bad experience and please dont recommend it to any one. The worst experience😡😡

3rd class service. towels not available. soap not available. Not cleaning room. Room size is very small. Hotel stuff behavior was very rude. Hotelier was not even opening door at night(11:56 pm)

Rooms were near and clean but size were small location on Google map is slightly different from actual location of hotel it is located inside a narrow street.

Manager was really good, friendly and helpful. Rooms were really good, neat and clean. Overall it was a decent experience and i really liked it.
