Pros Neat n clean room n washroom Provide you all essential necessities like Iron, Hair dryer n all Has very good Wifi Near to Chennai trade centre Near to Metro Nad last the Manager Sibi was awesome... always there for any kind of help. Very much affordable than other properties nearby Cons A little compact room...but for me it's not an issue No shop n restaurant nearby....but Zomato n swiggy available Must try...!

I booked at KBS homes for 3 nights. When reached there, i m told the rooms are not ready because of some electrical and plumbing work. They shifted me to another homestay. The room is OK but too many mosquitoes that i could not sleep for even half an hour. Why do these guys take bookings when they cant render proper serivces. Not recommended

Very far from city centre. Hotel people are also very rude. Hotel was in isolated place. They ask extra money after online booking to confirm the room for continuation. People use this hotel for friendly rooms not for families or professionals. Pls avoid this hotel for non locals. . Rooms are also with marks
