King's Kraft Tremezzo Inn

first of all all the five star ratings has been forcely imposed by the hotel management on the guests as they will insist on doing that right at the time of checkin. Room size is small for the price. The biggest let down is their service. The hotel is understaffed. For any type of service, be it dining cleaning or anything else the hotel takes it seriously only after 3 reminders. The entire hotel has only one lift for guests as well as service. Not recommended for infants as they don't have basic service or food for infants. Complimentary breakfast has very few options. I asked for a banana to take away with me for my little one ( which was a part of complimentary breakfast) which was very politely denied by the restaurant manager.

beware, its not 4 * property as it's claimed. its an average hotel with normal facilities. pros - good ambiance in room ( only good thing, which attracted us ) cons - average food, slight delay in all services, biggest thing u won't get a clean towel mostly n if u ask for a change they wud deny. Even they wud deny for refilling of tea n coffee n milk powder. I hv added a photo too showing their plumber in our room for blocked washroom. toilet seats were leaky. u can get better place at much cheaper rate near by, as this hotel is surrounded by many other hotels.

we had a wonderful stay at the kings kraft, very nice ambience , near and clean rooms , washrooms very neat and clean. all staffs are wonderful and helpful. best part is the morning breakfast , it was really tasty and healthy. hotel is couple and family friendly . we recommend it all all who are looking for best hotel stay at reasonable price. location wise also near to the temple. This property is well maintained, rooms are spacious and neat, has a small balcony well ventilated. Bathroom is quite big and neat. Had an early check-in which was done by paying additional amount. Staff was courteous
