The most pathetic stay one can ever imagine. The pictures uploaded by the property are so mis leading. The receptionist and other people dont care if you are trying to express your disappointment. The rooms are stinky, not clean and mouldy. The room was extremely smelly and the washroom was even worse. Bathroom was worse than public toilets with greasiness and cockroaches. The bucket was not washed in ages. Felt disgusting as had to pay more than 3.5k per night and was not given basic amenities like tv, kettle or basic cleanliness. I had no other option but to stay there with my 9 month old baby. We would never ever return or recommend this property to anybody. I have never seen such a bad and misleading property ever.

Amazing property, amazing service, amazing support, amazing food, everything was so on point, so much things to attract for photos, what a location, just 5 mins from the best beach of south goa (palolem beach) our 4 days stay was amazing and me and my family had the beat experience in goa. From now on i will never look for any other property.... thankyou so much Ms. Minakshi and Mr. Shiv for such a warm welcome and giving us great services . The atmosphere of the property is amazing and is nearby to the beach which is such an amazing thing and my family loves to create reels and content, and this place had so many aesthetics which made their content better and better.

Staff behaviour is no so great they do not welcome at all they behave like they are doing some favour by giving you room it all like demand and supply game you will get much better property in this area villa rooms are cosy and smells from inside we live in much better standards in city compare to the villa rooms and toilet they maintain inside. it is not value for money as per my experience they do not provide even water bottle and provide plastic glass in room it's gives so cheap feeling after paying about 10k for single day. This is my sincere feedback decide as per your convenience and budget.

It was a pleasant stay near Palolem Beach. The hotel is located just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the beach, which was very convenient. I really liked the ambiance of the place. However, since it was the rainy season, the property didn’t seem to be well-maintained. While the stay was overall good, better upkeep would have made the experience even more enjoyable.

Location, room and ambience is very good with nature feel but need to remind them for hospitality service like need to luggage transfer to room, wait for room at check in time as room not cleaned, no water provided earlier, follow-up for extra bed mattress and long waiting of half hour for food after giving order.

rooms were decent but had some trouble with power fluctuations. they forgot to provide extra bed the first night though it was part of the package, they provided it the second night when we requested for it. restaurant food was good, it was little expensive but quality. parking above 6 cars is a challenge

south goa beaches are closed till 1 sep so no more activities around here,resort should provide indoor games so in rainy season guests can enjoy indoor gamew,food was nice,daily we have to remind them for water bottles. overall it is a good, 5 min walk to the beach

stay was good. ac room was available, staff was very helpful. food in the restaurant is very very delicious. they arrange birthday celebration also and when asked for tour, they also arranged that at good prices.

This stay is really very beautiful and has a vibe which we all need. Hospitality, Cleanliness and food up to the mark. The rooms were quite big. I loved my stay and would recommend this to people.

Our stay at King's Villa was great from the beginning. Enough parking space, Good rooms, Walking distance to the beach, overall nothing bad I can say about it.
