Horrible Experience.First of all I stuck in bathroom where door got jammed.Other room.person came and help me.Rooms walls are filthy and cramped.Kettle was not there initially even though v booked a deluxe room.Later after request they bring it.Standard room does not have TV but in website they didn't mention it.In reality and pics in website are different.Only good thing is the night manager who was there when v checked in.He helped us and polite.But at the same time morning manager was rude and he is asking for extra charge for 50minutes late checkout even though v came in at night 12 and checking out at 12.50pm noon.Later after arguing and after discussing with higher management he agreed for 50 minutes non payment.Looks very funny....I am a person who travelling a lot in kerala...this experience looks really horrible.....Pls don't opt this hotel...

horrible experience.first of all i stuck inside bathroom due to faulty lock.walls are not clean. initially thet didn't provide any kettle or tea bags for deluxe room.after request only they provided the needy things. fi ally at the time of check out they are asking for extra money for 50minutes even though v check in at night 12 and checking out at 12.50 afternoon.after argument they agreed for waive off this.....only good thing we felt is the night manager who was there at the time of check in.he was helpful...but morning staff was not at all pleasant and he didn't k ow how to treat customer...

For ku Nathan Extremely disappointed with the overall atmosphere of the accommodation Faced lot of difficulties in terms of non availability of water despite having notified of the same many times and there was no daily bedsheet, pillow cover change or waste bin change as was mentioned Sorry to say that we are totally unhappy with service rendered to us and when next time around, we don't prefer it

Had a night stay here. So I didn't use any other facilities. Me and my friend was completely satisfied with the service and the quality of the room given. And to top to it there is a super restaurant just near the reception with great food!! I'll recommend this place whenever you are going to stay at Perumbavoor

During check in time , they said they have not confirmed this booking with **, after a prolonged discussion with **, they have provide a Room, the break fast was not sufficient quantity, earlier it was a buffet system, their service is also very poor ,..

Hotel reception and services are very bad, they even don't know about the booking, it is required to submit print out to get the room and breakfast. Bathroom mats are not there, overall not worth for the money.
