I was with family at La promenade on Jan 2020..Staffs behavior and check in and out were cool..We Booked 4 standard AC room,but we got one executive room and 3 standard AC room.They provided executive room ( spacious and comfortable room)without any further charges ..Rooms ,bathrooms all very clean ..Hotel has a good restaurant on top floor which has a nice ambience .They provide tasty food at decent rate..Kovalam beach is just 2 km away from hotel...Really enjoyed our stay..

1.Location -5 star near kovalam Junction2.Rooms are very clean and well maintained -5 star3.friendly staff and no issues while check in4 better room service5. restaurant at 3rd floor and you can eat quality food at reasonable price, I ordered parotta with chicken chilly that was great and my wife orederd chicken biriyani she really likes this.

not worth for the amount they charge. Bathtub is not working. asked for a change in room and replied that in no rooms bathtub is offered. Bathroom quality as shared in my upload is pathetic. Also no amenities are offered except a soap and a bottle of water. rooms are also small in size. However the restaurant food was nice.

I had an awesome stay here.. the rooms are spacious, neat and well maintained.. bathroom has bath tub and shower cubicle.. receptionist is most helpful, they cater to our wishes.. best part is the food, which was exceptionally delicious.. great place
