This place is a gem for business travellers. I stayed for 4 nights and it was a delight. Special mention to the staff in the kitchen and reception, who are extremely accommodating. Especially when it came to food. They allow you to come to the kitchen and help yourself if you have special requirements. The rooms are spacious and very neat and clean. Would be recommending this place for sure.

hospitable staff, quite environment, doesn't feel like a hotel - hotel, power back up, smooth water pressure, 24*7 availability of staff at reception, lot of space to move around and keep stuff, huge almirah for a couple, market and wine & beer shop at throw away distance, simple decor of the room just like the overall simplicity ensured by the owner and his son.

La Residence is a nice small hotel, rooms was neat and clean as showed in the picture. Staff was very helpful and friendly and service was very nice. If you looking for a buget hotel i would recommend La Residence. I stayed here with my parents and had a pleasent stay. Property manager at front desk is very helpful. Thanks for your services.

Loved the room. Very neat and clean. Best place for office people to stay. Staff is damn good. Food is tasty. Best thing is that it is very nearby to all the corporate hubs. This makes traveling to the offices quite comfortable. Offices and business people looking for shorter stays should always book this hotel.

Total value for money is the best way to describe the stay. Good room, great service, good food, toiletries including dental kit provided, heater was also provided on request. all of this at a very reasonable price. Close to cyber hub. Special mention for Mr. Vijay Menon who takes great care of all customers

One would not feel like a hotel here and there is a market 100 metres away which has basic stuff needed including food, alcohol, barbour, grocery and chemist shop. Service is brilliant and the benefits given for the money charged is worth it. Try it to know it better.
