Great place! Exceptionally Clean, quiet, friendly, AC, hot water, soft beds - what more do you want? For a very honest price, this is a great place to stay in North Goa. Good breakfast, lovely staff who will welcome you and help you with local suggestions. On a good junction with plenty of shops and restaurants for convenience, whilst being an easy walk to the beach. Of course most people in Goa rent a scooter or bike so this is a great location for exploring to the North beaches whist also a reachable distance to the central attractions like Mapusa.

Ours was a last minute one night stay plan and we were pleased to get a nice clean room with breakfast for only ~Rs. 1000. The hotel owner was kind enough to receive us late at night and even arranged pickup from the airport at Rs. 1700 (slightly lower than pre-paid fare) at a few hours notice. Comfortable room and easy on the pocket. Ideal for a short stay.
