Stayed here for 9days and 8nights... overall experience I'm really satisfied.. very helpful staff... mainly the last day of my stay. much I need extended to next day. unfortunately it's not possible bcoz some bulk booking...Anyway the front office staff maximum try to help me but finally he unhelpful. (nice attitude...) overall I'm really satisfied. surely im going next time😉

The staff at the laimar suites in downtown edappally were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location when traveling to or through kochi

Very nice stay at heart of the City. Lulu is just opposite the room. The staffs especially Mr. Anu Krishnan and Dhikshit are too good to handle the guest. Overall a very good stay

As per our request we got a special room in 10 th floor with absolute unpredictable view and atmosphere.. Staffs are better behaviour and washroom not worth for money
