It was a nice stay. Its homestay. Properity owner mr methews is a kind person. We booked non ac rooms bt he provided ac rooms without any additional charges. Location is nice. Washroom & rooms are spacious. Somewhat problem we faced are abt hot water in washroom. Overall i recommend this one.

Very comfortable stay.But if your booking time is from 3PM just make sure it is available for early check-in.Spacious rooms,neat washroom with heater facility.Well taken care neat rooms.Awesome location accessible to all places nearby. The owner helps with you for boats also.

Wonderful hotel with a feel like home, Full freedom has been given to Visitors. Owner has broken fence to let us fish in the near by lake. So kind of him, and immediate response for any thing asked. Deserves 5 star rating for the hospitality ther are providing

I had booked this hotel only after seeing the pics and the day I had checked in, its was wonderful hotel with nice location and beautiful scene. Rooms are very good with all amenities. It was home away from home.

Nice hotel by the lake, 30 min walk from city center, in a quiet area My room was large and clean. However there are no mosquito screens in the windows. The staff at reception was very friendly.

Good and easily acccessible location. Staff and caretaker were also nice and very cooperative. It was a secure place to stay. Rooms were comfortable. Overall the stay was good.

Very close to the house boats starting point. Had booked non-AC rooms but the manager was kind enough to turn it on for us as it's was too humid outside.
