hotel as in picture was totally different... all fake pictures.Rooms were in very bad condition, dirty curtains, dirty doormats. washroom was very dirty. Door locks were broken, my daughter and other family members got hurt from sharp pin coming out from the lock. Even food quantity was not enough in buffet, in the middle of breakfast many items got finished and they were not refilling it. chapati(roti) were served after many calls at dinner time. Only the Manager and staff at reception were nice other wise very horrible experience at that hotel. The Money they are charging is not worth that... I m giving 1 star only for the staff at reception otherwise it is no more than a lodge.

Hotels rooms are in very bad shape. I booked country view room but the room offered to me was with no view. They have provided glass window over main door and no curtains. you cannot sleep in night as gallery light enters into room through glass window. Due to inadequate staff services are very poor. TV doesn't work due to non recharge of dth. should do preliminary checks before hosting such hotels . Even after paying for one night i am totally dissatisfied with the hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I didn't clicked any photo of the hotel as this hotel doesn't deserve any appreciation.

one of the worst resort in Nanital.room was so durty jutha plate bed key neeche rehta hai . window tak nahi hai room may smalling hai.bed lagta hai tut jayga sine per bed sy aawaj aati hai .service gareya hai Namm bare darsan chote .service or room dharamsala say bhi karab.koe mat rukna yaha per bhut he ganda Loge hai ye koe resort nahi hai pura maja karab hi gya bed sheet Tawel use kerne say pura body may itching ho raha hai

very good food. the food manager is very dedicated. the standard rooms are clean, very damp, no windows or air circulation in the room. hot water available in washroom but again no air circulation or light. it's just for sleeping at night. they arranged for karoke singer performance on day of dussehra which was fine.

The property is not as shown in the photos—it’s old and poorly maintained. Water was not provided, the bathroom door didn’t lock, and hot water took too long to fill a bucket. Overall, not worth the price.
