Overall good experience. Although I didn't exactly get the room I booked, rather as the owner informed, they upgraded me to a two rooms, two toilets apartment type as the studio I booked was not available for some reasons. I was allotted the apparent on the ground floor, parking was available inside the premises boundary. Rooms , toilets, kitchen , living space, beds all were perfectly clean. Induction and utensils were available for cooking. Drinking water with an installed RO machine on the first floor of the building was also there. The caretaker was readily available for any assistance and the owner himself was also available for any communication or help. I stayed for two days only, but I would recommend this place for anyone staying in Jabalpur for some more days for a homely accommodation option with shops, bazaar, auto, Toto all available very easily.

It was a very nice stay. Neat and clean. Just few improvements needed like sink of kitchen passes water slowly and the flush of the lavatory needs to be repaired as flushing doesn't cleans waste.
